Does talking alone not seem to be helping you? Art therapy gives you the opportunity to explore your inner world creatively, gain perspective and see things in a new light. EFT can shift negative emotions, limiting self-beliefs, phobias, pain and trauma.

Learn how to cultivate mindfulness in a safe space with guidance and holding from a therapist. One-off workshops, guided meditations, group or individual eight-week courses and one to one sessions are all available.

Yoga classes to connect mind, body and breath. I teach traditional hatha and kundalini informed by my training in Rishikesh, India. Drop-in classes and courses, suitable for beginners.
